Our client is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator who will work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment on reporting and performance of the project portfolio. This role is primarily acting in an advisory capacity, through monitoring and assisting the client’s team of Project Managers.

-AU Citizen is required due to security clearance.

Key Skills Required:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business, Project Management, Science or Engineering
  • Preferred demonstrated experience in project delivery, either on projects or within a Portfolio role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in governance of large projects or portfolios
  • Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) or Portfolio Management Office
  • Experience in working closely with the stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment on reporting and performance of the project
  • Experience in providing governance and insights into the performance of the portfolio
  • Experience in providing advice on the Project Management Methodology
  • Good understanding and proven experience in driving change within a project or portfolio
  • Excellent organisation, reporting and data analytics skills are required to undertake this role
  • Good communication, influencing and negotiation skills are required to undertake this role
  • Ability to work autonomously
