Digital Change Coordinator

• 12 month contract with a view to extend| Based in Sutherland, Sydney
• Experience in communications, change support, digital content
• Australian Citizen |3 days in office

Our client is looking for a Digital Change Coordinator who will support the IT & Digital Portfolio by creating user?friendly digital content, managing intranet updates, and helping staff understand new tools and processes. You’ll work closely with Change Managers to lift the quality and consistency of internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating short videos, how?to guides, and simple digital training materials
• Updating and improving intranet content for the IT & Digital Portfolio
• Maintaining PMO processes, procedures and training material
• Manage, update, and improve SharePoint pages within the organisation’s intranet to ensure information is accurate, easy to navigate, and user?friendly
• Supporting Change Managers with communications for digital initiatives
• Acting as the contact point for WalkMe or similar tools (pending approval)
• Helping teams create consistent, in?app guidance and digital adoption content

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in communications, change support, digital content, or similar roles
• Confident with digital tools : updating SharePoint, intranet platforms, basic video tools
• Experience in updating and maintaining SharePoint content within the organisation’s intranet.
• Experience in improving page structure, navigation, and clarity to ensure information is easy to find and understand.
• Experience in producing easy?to?follow system guides using digital adoption tools (e.g. Scribe, WalkMe?style platforms)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing content
• Curious about technology and quick to learn new systems
