Our client is looking for a Change Analyst for a multi-year transformation project involving the introduction of a new service model across the corporate functions and operational business groups, as well as a system replacement for managing risks, controls, obligations, incidents and audit.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and their application.
  • Experience in Change Management, with experience gained in medium to large scale enterprises (experience in manufacturing or engineering environments desired but not essential).
  • Change Management experience in large scale business transformation projects
  • Experience in preparing communications (ppt, email, intranet, video development skills highly regarded)
  • Experience in impact assessment and support for workshop delivery
  • Experience with digital adoption tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business process change, and the production of artefacts supporting operational teams in their transition.
