Communication Specialist

Looking for Communication Specialist who will design, develop, and uplift a comprehensive communications toolkit and repository to support a large-scale Asia Pacific operating model transformation initiative.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communication Specialist to support a regional transformation initiative. This role will focus on creating scalable communication assets, embedding best practice frameworks, and supporting effective stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Toolkit Development: Design and build a structured communications repository, including templates, playbooks, guidance materials, and reusable assets aligned to the change management approach.
• Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging communication materials for regional audiences, including executive messaging, updates, and change-related communications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, communication teams, and SMEs to gather input, validate messaging, and secure alignment and endorsement across the region.
• Governance & Review Cycles: Establish and manage communication review and approval processes, ensuring alignment with internal standards and timelines.
• Change Communications Alignment: Ensure all communications support the broader change strategy, reinforcing key messages, behaviours, and adoption goals.
• AI Enablement: Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve consistency and efficiency in communication delivery.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within large-scale transformation or change programs
• Strong understanding of change communications principles
• Experience working across regional or global teams
• Confidence using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency
• Experience developing communication toolkits, playbooks, or repositories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and navigate approval processes
• Familiarity with communication governance, review cycles, and feedback mechanisms
