Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who can roll up their sleeves to embed processes and procedures for compliance purposes in a financial services firm.
This will include policy and procedure documentation (amongst other such artefacts), engaging, building rapport, and embedding new knowledge in a wide range of stakeholders to ensure good understanding and full adoption of new or uplifted processes and governance.
We are looking for someone who can both author compliance documentation and drive stakeholder adoption of new or updated governance processes in a financial services organisation.

Key Skills Required :
- Broad experience as a Business Analyst or a role requiring business process re-engineering and improvement within a financial services organisation.
- Confident facilitator with experience running workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience running workshops, mapping processes and writing clear documentation.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and consultative stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on regulatory programs such as CPS 230, FAR or similar
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
