L&OD Consultant

• 3-4 month contract with a view to extend|Hybrid role

Our client is looking for a L&OD Consultant who will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and successfully execute the end-to-end delivery of all things L&OD.

Key Skills Required:

• Qualifications in Organisational Development, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing OD interventions, including change management, leadership development, and team building.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of learning content. Identify development opportunities and gaps within the organisation and implement learning and development programs to enhance individual and team capabilities.
• Experience in identification of skill gaps and development opportunities across the organisation and by designing and implementing customised learning programs using appropriate content and methodologies to achieve business objectives
• Experience in leading change management efforts to improve the adaptability and resilience. Support the organisation in managing transitions such as restructuring, technological adoption, or strategic realignments.
• Experience in introducing ways-of-working methodologies that help managers/ teams quickly adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
