Our client is looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in the evaluation of contract/tenders, managing and integrating projects scope, risk, time, cost, quality, communication and procurement.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in housing good to have
- Experience in finance, design, build, and maintenance of social/affordable housing.
- Exposure and understanding of construction projects and processes
- Experience in managing building projects from tender to financial close
- Project management experience with a focus on property development, infrastructure works and/or community or residential housing
- Experience in Property Development Projects, Financial Management and Compliance
- Experience in evaluation of contract/tenders, managing and integrating projects scope, risk, time, cost, quality, communication and procurement.
- Strong communication skills and good understanding of project management and construction methodologies required
- Experience in negotiating with a government department regarding contracts
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including Builder/Developers, Delivery Authorities and internal departments
- Experience in leading negotiations and successful navigation of governance obligations
- Experience in preparing detailed analysis and advice on current best practice to support strategic decision making
- Experience in providing leadership and guidance to team members to ensure effective support while providing strategic advice and an escalation point on evaluation of contractual and commercial matters.
- Manage legislative, contractual, governance and regulatory compliance
- Good knowledge of governing legislation, regulatory, commercial and contractual requirements in a government environment
- High level of skill in negotiation, implementation and ongoing management of government and commercial arrangements
- Sound level of strategic, conceptual, analytical, collaborative and influencing skills
- Extensive knowledge interpreting, managing and translating evolving commercial requirements in a contractually diverse environment
- Strong communication skills and good understanding of project management and construction methodologies required
