Our client is looking for Level 1/Level 2 Support Engineer to provide level 1 to level 2 technical support which will require face to face support and phone-based support.

–5 days a week onsite at Chadstone, Melbourne | No on call

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 to Level 2 technical support which will require face to face support and some phone-based support.
  • This will include tickets escalated from our first level support teams resolve desktop related issues.
  • Liaise and work collaboratively to address, troubleshoot and resolve hardware software issues as they arise.
  • Liaise with external suppliers / vendors.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experienced in hardware refresh and rollout projects, including end-of-life (EOL) asset replacement
  • Skills in Windows technologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune.
  • Experience in SCCM, application packaging and deployment good to have.
  • Basic level of Linux (good to have)
  • Basic understanding of Network troubleshooting
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrated ability solving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate clearly with to a varied end user base.
