Training Lead

• 2 year FTC on salary or daily rate contract with a view to extend| Based in Sydney CBD
• Work on an exciting HRIS Transformation project |Hybrid role
• Experience in Digital Adoption Platforms

We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to join a major transformation program focused on ERP and HRIS implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for a training professional who has successfully delivered large-scale technology change initiatives and can establish and lead a training function across a complex organisation.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience leading training workstreams on ERP and/or HRIS implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience managing training teams and coordinating large-scale learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while also overseeing delivery execution.
